Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Third Curve. All our products are unique and produced only when you order them. This means that as soon as you place an order, we get to work producing it for you.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Because our items are made-to-order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons (like holidays), production times may be slightly longer. Apologies in advance!
Once produced, shipping times vary based on your location and the specific print provider. Typical delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 2–5 business days.
- International: 10–30 business days.
Note: These are estimates and not guarantees. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
For our sanity and yours, we offer standard shipping on all orders at a flat rate per item that's included in the price.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you order multiple different products, they may arrive in separate packages because we work with different specialized print providers for different items.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our carriers can ship to P.O. Boxes, but they cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Third Curve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
6. Damages & Lost Items
If you received a damaged product or your order is lost, please contact us at mythirdcurve@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our provider to send a replacement.
